Wolf Lake

Wolf Lake is known as “The Delta’s Best Kept Secret” – but we’re spreading the word!  Wolf Lake offers a public boat launch, a convenient location to Hines Grocery‘s restaurant and bait shop, incredible fishing, and glass-like conditions for water skiing or wakeboarding. This 18,000 acre, 15-mile-long lake is located 8 miles northwest of Yazoo City off MS-149 and has been the site of crappie and bass fishing tournaments each year.  It was also the site of the first Louisiana Collegiate Wake Tour stop outside of the state of Louisiana.

Another great way to enjoy Wolf Lake is with a stay at M.J. Cabins! These beautifully relaxing spaces are available for overnight rentals and include the use of kayaks, access to M.J.’s boat dock, space for a family of 4 (or more) in each cabin, and so much more.
