11:00 Leave for Glenwood Cemetery
Hear the Story of the Witch read by local Story Teller, visit Willie Morris’s grave site and select historic grave sites.
Drive by Willie Morris’s Childhood Home

12:00 Lunch (Group Choice – sack-lunch on lawn, choice of local restaurant, etc.)

1:00 Tour Downtown Historic District (Walk or Drive Tour) Shopping available.

2:30 Tour Oakes African American Cultural Museum

3:00 Agricultural Tour – See cotton, soybeans, corn, milo, and catfish farms (varies by season). We will visit a cotton gin and drive by beautiful Wolf and Broad Lakes. ADMISSION REQUIRED

4:30 Leave for Yazoo City

5:00 Check in at Hotel

6:00 Meet for Dinner

7:30 Leave for Blue Front Café

8:00 Hear Live Entertainment performed by Jimmy “Duck” Holmes / Local Artist

9:30pm Tour Ends
