Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets and Pricing: $10.00 – Children enjoy breakfast and receive one 4×6 print at the event $5.00 – Adults enjoy breakfast at the event $25.00 – Children enjoy breakfast & you receive 3 to 5 digital images sent via email at the conclusion of the event. Halloween Egg Hunt & Trunk or Treat On Saturday, October 28, 2017, at 2 pm, the Yazoo Parks and Recreation Commission presents their first Halloween Egg Hunt & Trunk or Treat! The event will be held at the Wardell Leach Park at 500 W 15th Street, in Yazoo City, Mississippi. Children age 1 – 12 can participate in the Halloween Egg Hunt for $2 per child. The event will include Food vendors, Face painting, and Music. Members and organizations of the community which would like to participate by bringing a vehicle, table, or tent to the Trunk or Treat to give away candy are welcome. Yazoo Delta Half Marathon and 5K

Yazoo Delta Half Marathon and 5K The Preservation Yazoo Foundation announced their Yazoo Delta Half Marathon! The race is Saturday, November 4th, 2017, in Yazoo City and includes a Half Marathon and 5K. The half marathon course will offer a tour of many of the historic sites in Yazoo City, including the Witch’s Grave, made famous by Willie Morris in his book Good Ole Boy. The course is mostly flat, with one hill around the halfway point. After the race plan to stay around for great food, live music, and cold drinks!
